Hare and Hounds Wedding Inspiration
Hare and Hounds Wedding
Hello and a very happy new year to all.
It’s been a very busy and exciting 2017 capturing so many lovely couples big day.I’m now just getting the time to start blogging some of my recent weddings from which I hope you’ll find lots of inspiration for your own wedding day. Up first is the wedding of Sarah and Darren at Randwick and The Hare and Hounds.
The wedding of Sarah and Darren took place in September on a lovely sunny day at Randwick church, which couldn’t be further from the weather we have outside as I write this in early January, with strong winds rattling the rafters.
Their reception and after party was held at the wonderful Hare and Hounds near Tetbury.
From the super corny – but I must admit I found funny – jokes that the vicar made – including I’ve had a church full of pews for many years but I’ve never married one (the couple are now Mr and Mrs Pugh) through to the special touches with the beautiful flowers, the wonderful decoration of the reception room and the beautiful cake. This was a super cool wedding to be very proud. The guests were treated to wedding favours in dispensary bottles – Darren is a Pharmacist and fab sun glasses to rock the dance floor with later. I must also note the beautiful choir, made up of some of the wedding party, including Sarah’s parents and sisters and Darrens Mum and sister along with the local church choir, such a beautiful sound. Sarah’s brother was also the organist and conductor on the day. It is clear that music plays a very special part in the lives of both families.
Darren proposed to Sarah in Paris and this was reflected in the photo booth they created, using a large print of the Eiffel tower the guests were able to take polaroid pictures of themselves for the guest book and also for them to take away as a keep sake.
I was also delighted to see that two of the guests, Aimee and Michael, had already booked me to photograph their wedding at Wycliff College a few weeks later – I look forward to sharing that wedding with you soon.
Please enjoy and take inspiration from the photographs of this beautiful wedding and do get in touch if you’d like to discuss any aspect of you wedding plans.
Wishing Sarah and Darren every happiness and I’m now looking forward to delivering their hand made wedding album to them in a few weeks.
